Law Enforcement and Judges Betrayed the Country to Putin’s Ally and Traitors from OPZZh: How the Stolar, Rabinovich, and Medvedchuk Clan Bought Ukraine's Justice and Advocacy System

Thousands of Deceived Ukrainians Left Homeless

Despite most pro-Russian politicians and representatives of the OPZZh party fleeing Ukraine, their corrupt connections continue to control key elements of Ukrainian power. Courts, law enforcement, tax authorities, and even the Ukrainian National Bar Association (#UNBA) serve their interests. UNBA is headed by Lidiya Izovitova, long referred to as “Medvedchuk’s person.”

Lidiya Izovitova: A Key Ally of Medvedchuk

Izovitova actively collaborates with Viktor Medvedchuk, a well-known pro-Russian oligarch, promoting OPZZh’s interests. She also supports figures like Vadym Stolar and Vadym Rabinovich, who aim to control Ukrainian resources and lands.

Those in high positions within the Ministry of Justice, judicial bodies, and advocacy not only allow pro-Russian agents to act with impunity but also enable their enrichment.

Judicial Raids: How Stolar Seized State Property

Instead of confiscating property from traitors, Stolar uses the court system to transfer Medvedchuk’s enterprises and lands to himself. For example, three buildings and 5 hectares of land in Kyiv, meant to be state property, ended up in Stolar’s hands through Judge Svitlana Smyk of the Pechersk District Court.

This scheme also allowed Stolar to gain control over companies such as “Orest,” “Osokorky-7,” and “Akadem-Klub,” leaving thousands of deceived investors without homes. Residential complexes “Fjord,” “Poetyka,” and “Diadans” have become symbols of unfinished construction and lawlessness.

AT “Evo-Invest,” controlled by Stolar, financed housing projects, but Ukrainian citizens’ funds often disappeared into offshore accounts. Developers BudCapital, IB Alliance, bUd development, and ENSO remain part of this corrupt scheme.

The Matios-Stolar Cartel: Corrupt Connections

The raid on the NGO “NON-STOP” is a vivid example of how the Ministry of Justice and courts are used for illegal schemes. Sources reveal that former prosecutor Opanasenko, working under Matios, was behind this. The “Praesidium” association, formally led by Opanasenko, actively implements corruption schemes benefiting traitors.

Through ties with Olha Stefanishyna and Matios, Stolar managed to re-register “NON-STOP” under a fictitious individual, continuing pressure on the organization.

How Ukraine’s Advocacy Was Bought

Lidiya Izovitova and the Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Advocacy actively work in Medvedchuk’s interests. For instance, lawyer Kyrylo Yakovets, head of NGO “NON-STOP,” was stripped of his license due to a politically motivated decision.

Law Enforcement Inaction

Despite numerous criminal proceedings initiated based on our complaints, law enforcement continues to ignore Stolar’s and his associates’ crimes. This enables pro-Russian agents to avoid accountability.

Conclusions

Ukraine’s justice and advocacy systems remain under the control of corrupt groups working in the interests of pro-Russian oligarchs. We cannot allow figures like Stolar, Medvedchuk, and Rabinovich to shape policies at the expense of Ukrainian citizens.

Our goal is to ensure transparency, eradicate corruption, and hold perpetrators accountable. We will continue publishing exposes to stop the traitors and protect Ukraine.
