The role of civil servants often boils down to monopolizing a specific sector, eliminating competitors, and maximizing the allocation of funds to imitate activity within that monopolized sector. This is how the system operates—a system often labeled as corrupt, though in reality, it has always been and continues to be a state mechanism.
The recent incident involving the breach of state structures serves as a textbook example of this situation. "Digital reformers," having monopolized the field of cybersecurity, focused not on protecting critical infrastructure but on maximizing their earnings by simulating active engagement. They systematically eliminated anyone with expertise in the field who could expose their incompetence and profit-driven motives—especially in areas where such behavior is utterly unacceptable.
A similar pattern can now be observed in the domains of information security, information warfare, military propaganda, and journalism. Budgets are embezzled, reports are written, presentations are prepared—but tangible results remain nonexistent.
Loyalty over professionalism. That’s how we’ll win.
